I’m on my winter break from uni now and am looking to do a short course to keep me busy.

I’ve looked at all the CITace ones but none of them are tempting or work for me on the day they are on.

Does anyone know of any places other than CIT (and the colleges as they have combined forced) that are running short courses in cooking, computers or art for june/july.

I’m interested in doing a dreamweaver course and know citace offers that but does anywhere else in canberra offer it?

It doesn’t have to be in june/july but it’d be fantastic if it was. i’m looking for something preferably belconnen or civic.

Thanks for any help.

Sammy if you called it ‘Laundry Science, Kitchen Maintanence and Lawn Sculpting’ I’m sure you’d be inundated with ‘students’.

On a serious note though, I believe some of the individual colleges – such as Dickson College, Tuggeranong College and Canberra College also offer evening courses. I think they’re normally advertised in the paper (been a few years since I’ve seen an ad for them).

There a metric ton of websites that will give you most of what you need to know for the basics

Alternately for probably less than any course you could order a book or two or three from Amazon such as:

http://www.amazon.com/Dreamweaver-CS4-Dummies-Janine-Warner/dp/0470345020/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1274924576&sr=8-3

Good luck.
