That is an alien concept for the ACT judiciary.

They don’t even have an equivalent for “soft labour”.

I wonder if all those wrecks on the side of the road with smashed windows are all stolen and dumped? There seems to be more than the usual number and it isn’t even the school holidays.

What about the hassles of not having a car till insurance pays out, or the loss of personal property inside the cars too? Thugs do not care or realize the impact their insolence has on society and somebody needs to take a stand to teach them a sorely needed lesson.
