An 18-year-old Richardson man will face court this morning (Thursday October 27) after being arrested for driving while disqualified twice in the one day.

Around noon yesterday, police attended Fullerton Cresent, Richardson after reports of a vehicle doing a burnout in the street.

Police attended the location and discovered a large continual tyre mark along the street and a vehicle parked nearby. Police spoke to man sitting in the vehicle and questioned him about the burnout, but he allegedly denied involvement. Police left the area to conduct further enquires.

Police contacted the man later that day, and he then made admissions to doing the burnout and driving a vehicle while disqualified.

About 2.30pm yesterday, police were again called to the same address in Richardson in relation to a disturbance. Police will allege that the 18-year-old male left the police station and drove to his residence in Richardson. Police will further allege that, at the address, the man drove a vehicle into the passenger side of another vehicle, causing damage to the side door.

The defendant was arrested and taken to Tuggeranong Police Station. He was later conveyed to the ACT Watch House and will face the ACT Magistrate’s Court this morning to answer traffic and property damage charges.

Another unassailable argument for setting up the stocks in Garema Place.

This is where I’m glad I subscribe. I can make a dick of myself due to haste or ignorance (I’m saying that about myself, not you) and then have 5 minutes to undick. I don’t always get back in time, but at least it gives me a fighting chance. It’s like loser tennis.

To get back to the matter in hand:

This is really harsh, given the offences he has allegedly committed. He’s not Osama bin Laden, just a very naughty boy.

he is an adult now.

He has the opportunity to take a good path in life or keep on doing what he’s doing. It is now his choice to choose what he wants to do in life.

But, but, but … surely you know its always somebody else’s fault.

@LSWCHP, if anyone is to blame for any of this boys actions It’s his MOTHER… she is not a dogs mother. this woman has damaged her poor children with her constant drug use and complete and utter abandonment as lil children. She has and still does show them the life they are living by dealing and taking drugs in front of them… i have known this family for a long time and thinks she deserves everything she gets and more… and feel sorry for her kids, but will always be here for them and love them. Something their mother has never done!!!

Even his mum doesn’t love him? And it’s not that she doesn’t love him, she despises and fears him to the point that she’s taken out restraining orders to keep him away from her! And no wonder, what with him zooming around ramming her car in his illegally driven vehicle.

So if even his mum thinks he’s horrible, what should the rest of society think of him?

What a complete arse-clown.

Or maybe I should learn to read an article fully before making a dick of myself with an unwarranted rant!

Pedantry approaching… can you please stop putting capital letters in front of every word in a sentence. It makes your posts incredibly hard to read.

Meanwhile this dude (not you krats) is a complete douche and should be inside his car when it’s crushed.

Burnouts illegal? Well, I would never have guessed as they are as regular round here as hot chips. Or is this another case of Police dont bother investigating them unless a family gets smashed by those doing burnouts and some Polli goes on TV saying how dangerous it is to do burnouts on a pblic road? Oh for preventative policing – but I suppose the money that would cost is better spent building better Government building for the legislature than the European Union have. So thats ok then…

Times are hard when your own mum disowns you.

Reminds me of the BB King song “Only my mama loves me but I think she might be jivin’ too…..”

Disqualified driver caught twice in one day

A man who repeatedly rammed his mother’s car and smashed the walls of her house has been locked up.
Aaron Raymond Hudson, 18, of Richardson, was arrested yesterday after police were called to a disturbance at his mother’s home.

In the ACT Magistrates Court this afternoon he was charged with driving disqualified twice in the same day, damaging property, driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle and doing a burnout.

The court heard he was not supposed to be within 100m of his mother’s home and had repeatedly breached court orders not to contact his mother.

Magistrate Grant Lalor refused bail.

What a piece of work.

Too many blows to the head is probably what got us here in the first place.

More likely too much blow rather than too many blows knowing this end of town.
