ACT Fire & Rescue are currently on scene at the Westfield Woden Shopping Centre, Keltie Street, Phillip investigating a smell of smoke.
No sign of fire.
A small exclusion zone with a partial evacuation area has been set up outside the “My Rugs and Homeware” store on the ground level. Crews are conducting ventilation operations with very little impact on trading at the shopping centre.
Smell appears to be an electrical fault.

Cause of smell deemed to be from residual airborne smoke particulates from an earlier electrical fault this morning.
