ACT Policing has released CCTV images of two alleged offenders following the aggravated robberies of two taxi drivers in Red Hill and Weston earlier this month (Friday, September 9).
The first incident occurred around 4.40am when the taxi driver was approached by two men in Cygnet Crescent, Red Hill. One of the men punched the driver while the other opened the passenger door and stole a mobile phone and wallet.
The second incident occurred around 5.55am in the Cooleman Court car park in Weston. The driver was threatened by two men, one with a possible tyre iron, who robbed him of his mobile phone and wallet.
The first offender is described as wearing a white-coloured jumper and the other a dark-coloured jumper. Both males are described as Caucasian in appearance.
