This stuff is seriously awesome. I have been getting it from the kingston markets off the woodfired peeps whenever we go.

Does anyone know if there is any place more convinient in canberra to buy it?

Oh sweet. i will check out deakin and kaleen. Thanks d00ds.

Never been to epic markets before, but may just have to give it a go next time.

Yep, same as they spell it everywhere else

Superbarn in Kaleen sell the Ancient Grains brand of Spelt bread. It was recommended to me by a dietician as I can’t digest wheat. It is delicious, it is so much better than gluten free bread.

There’s a group of guys that sell Spelt Sourdough at the EPIC markets on Saturday mornings. It’s pretty good (as is the rest of their bread).

Carbs Carbs Carbs.

Try the IGA in Deakin 🙂 They carry a few varieties of Spelt bread
