ACT Fire & Rescue are continuing to extinguish the fire in the single story 3 bedroom house.
The property has sustained significant damage.
No damage to neighbouring property at this time.
Three fire pumpers, the Hazardous Materials Unit, the Breathing Apparatus Van and two Command Officers are now on scene.
ACT Ambulance Service are also on scene supporting operations with no injuries reported.
The fire is now under control.
