The fire is well alight and has gone through the roof space.
Three fire pumpers on scene, with the Breathing Apparatus Van and a Command vehicle.
All occupants evacuated with no injuries reported.

The property has sustained significant damage.
No damage to neighbouring property at this time.
Three fire pumpers, the Hazardous Materials Unit, the Breathing Apparatus Van and two Command Officers are now on scene.
ACT Ambulance Service are also on scene supporting operations with no injuries reported.

The fire is now under control.
Firefighters are working to fully extinguish the fire which is still heavily involved with firefighting operations hampered by structural collapse.
Four fire pumpers, the Hazardous Materials Unit, the Breathing Apparatus Van and two Command Officers are now on scene.

ACT Fire & Rescue advise people to stay away from the area to avoid heavy smoke logging.
