Brawling, especially by drunk people, creates a public danger and nuisance, the increased likelihood that innocent bystanders can be injured, and infringes the commonly accepted right that others have to be in public without fear for their safety.

I mean, seriously. Apart from anything else, yes a broken nose hurts!

Special G, there do seem to be a lot more knife carrying tossers these days, and they seem very happy to pull them out over the most trival matters too.
