It’s been a bumper year for the fluff and yesterday evening on O’Connor oval the play of light and fluff was quite striking, albeit imperfectly captured by my phone.

Its flammable.

In Sydney it was the blossoming of Jacarandas that indicated the start of the Uni exam period.

Jacaranda… the flower associated with feelings of dread… *sigh*

Day of the Fluff – the sequel to Day of the Triffids?

Perfectly fitting for the over-sensitive, politically correct world we now live in. Would probably still scare the bejeebers out of the cotton wool generation.

yep, there’s a facebook group called “panic – the fluff is here” or words to that effect

I was once told that you know it is too late to catch up for exams once the fluff appears across the ANU campus.
