The latest blog within a blog as we count down to Saturday’s election. Keep checking back this stuff fills up:

Labor promises more jobs for all.

Crikey are reporting the Canberra Times polling as showing a Labor landslide coming down the mountain.

The Canberra Times is giving three cheers for apathy.

In news of stunning predictability the ABC has news the teacher’s union doesn’t like the tories. But hey it’s a report card so that’s like science right?

I can say I’m not impressed with having the election called two days early by a paper which can’t get the figures right.

The Greens are celebrating the endorsement of the National Ethnic Disability Alliance. That’ll sort it.

The Liberals have decided they love treasury costings with their green bin plan getting a big tick.

Intriguingly Liberal Party boss Tio Fawkner’s been donating to the party.

The ABC has Brendan Smyth promising a better balloon fiesta if elected.

Andrew Barr is asking what the Liberals plan to do with CIT?

The Heart Foundation is news bombing with a call for candidates to walk to their polling place.

Team Katy are making sure we all know about all the things they’ve already promised to do for women.

Thanks to c_c for the tip, News are calling the Liberals the Zed Team and the least popular politicians in Australia.

Andrew Barr is having a gloat over his meticulous treasury costings.

Apparently the ACT Government thinks the election is over too having tweeted about it in the past tense:
