Has anyone heard anything about a place called Silent Dragon Design Studio in Mitchell?

I heard they design custom tattoos for you. I have been looking for a design for ages but cant find what I want, and thinking about giving them a call.

Just wondering if anyone knew anything about them, or if they are any good at what they advertise.

Thanks

Another tattoo power plug. Chris Ca$hmore is amazing

Went and saw the guys at Silent Dragon in Mitchell today.
What they offer is f%#@en awesome.
We talked for a while about the theme and style I wanted, if I wanted to match the design into any other tattoos I have, colour and placement, we went through the whole deal. Then they took a photo of where I wanted it and put me on the computer.
They have the latest shit hot, touch screen monitors which they can draw on directly, and started sketching on my photo right there and then. They will contact me in a weeks time to show me some concepts, and then we start fine tuning. When you are happy with the design you get a hand drawn sketch and a visual representation of what the tattoo will look like on your body from different views. I would recommend Silent Dragon to anyone who is after something unique and original.
These guys really think out of the fu#$en box!!!!

definately another plug for tattoopower in lyneham. Have my own design. Hurt like all buggery around my ankle (OUCH) but its so much better than I ever imagined!
Lugh is the guy who did it – super SUPER steady hands.

My plug has to go to Tattoo Power out in Nth Lyneham.

I had my own design and took it into them, it turned out much better than I could ever have imagined.
Any respectable shop will be able to put together the design you want, as long as you know what you want. Just don’t go in with a really vague idea of what you want, otherwise you could be shown the door. Plus the fact that it is something that will last forever, so you want to be more than certain of what you want. I first sketched my design about 6 months before it finally went to skin, and over the 6 months it was refined a countless amount of times.

Hi cleo thanks for the advice, if I wanted a design that everyone has because they got it off the internet I would go online.
What im after is something original that suits my personality and beliefs and not something I would see on someone waiting in line at woolies.

Southern Cross made out of frangipanis it is then.

LOL love to see that!

A good tattoo artist will work with you on what you want and give you several options. Freestyle in civic is great, their tattooists are really friendly and listen to what you want. Lyneham these days is overrated, they all think you should bow down to them IMO.

Remeber – you have to wait for the good guys.

Go online to tattoo.com if your looking for a design.

The guys at Silent Dragon are awsome artists, I have done an airbrushing course with them. They are such nice people, I didn’t know that they did tat designs. I got my first tat at freestyle in the city by Ray, such a nice guy and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. As far as your original question, give Steve (I’m sure he is the one that owns it) a call/email I’m sure they wouldn’t be more than happy to help you out. I hope this helps 🙂

Don’t do it.

Tattoo Culture in Tuggeranong is also very good, and they will work on a design with you if you give them half an idea what you’re after. Work out a rough sketch and let them go to town.

never heard of the mitchell place, but i here a lot of excellent things about freestyle tattoos on northbourne ave. but i’d say the best thing to do is just go around to a few different tattoo places and have a chat with the artists about what you want and see what you like best. 🙂

Haven’t heard of the place in Mitchell, but any decent tattooist will design a tattoo for you. Depends what kind of style you want etc.
