Yes, it’s good they got it fixed, but it should not have been allowed to reach a point in the first place that a potentially hazardous structure should have been in such decay, they a storm could cause that damage. All the schools had HazMat surveys in the late 2000s, so they knew where the stuff was, and the condition of it.

Was it on budget?

If it was, then the government certainly deserves some praise. Especially given how much flack they cop for other trivial matters
