Word reaches us about a day to mark in your calendar.

Looking for a great free family day out? Come along to Telopea Park School’s La Grande Fête from 2:30pm to 7pm on Saturday 3 November!

One of the largest school fêtes in the ACT, the event promises multicultural food, fun and entertainment stretching into the balmy twilight hours. La Grande Fête is famous for its international food stalls, carnival rides and a fantastic range of entertainment – from samba dancers to brass bands and African drumming!
There’s plenty to keep the kids occupied – from dodgem cars to Brumby Jack and Constable Kenny Koala; clowns and juggling displays to zumba classes!

And for the “big kids”, the event will again feature the annual Canberra French Car Clubs display, preloved clothing and books, our monster Raffle Extraordinaire, and gorgeous vintage caravan, iamnorma, who will be serving Cherry Seed cupcakes and coffee.

Whatever happened to ‘Le Burp”?

I hope the Canadian tent has the Maple Ice Cream again…
