The beer endures

On 8 December last year I noted that a beer was just sitting on Campbell St in Ainslie waiting to be taken.

As you can see it’s the end of January and the beer is STILL THERE!

Rain has muddied it’s base and the label is starting to fade, but there it sits, untouched.

So what does it tell us about Ainslie people?

At least it’ll be at the right temperature, unlike the frozen tasteless stuff sold in some bars.

But it is VB, the colder and less “taste” the better.

Sort of my reasonihng peterh.

However, I mainly just get sick of no-one taking responsibility for the little things in life. If I see rubbish lying around, I will gather it whilst on my travels and put it in an appropriate bin when I get to one.

I know there aren’t that many of my type about. I am hoping for a 100th monkey effect to occur one day. 🙂

Perhaps someone in Ainslie could consider picking the rubbish up in their street and putting it in the bin?

It is quite easy to put the lid back on a beer bottle in a convincing manner. Many people have noted this, and thus aren’t interested in that bottle because it’s bound to contain something un-beer-like.
