Katy Gallagher has opened the chirpily named “Chifley Health Hub” at what used to be Chifley Primary School:
12 community groups will be housed in the Hub, 11 of which have had their tenancies allocated:

— Asthma Foundation
— Nutrition Australia
— Mental Health Foundation
— Australian Breastfeeding Association
— Neurospace
— The Australian Council of State School Organisations Incorporated
— YMCA
— Warehouse Circus Incorporated
— Autism Asperger ACT
— Sids and Kids“This facility combined with the Cook Community Hub, Holt Community Hub, the community halls in Bonython and Griffith and the Weston Community Hub that will be officially opened later this month, represents a $30 million investment in community facilities by this Government. A clear example of the ACT Government’s commitment to supporting and servicing local communities,” Ms Gallagher said.
