ACT Policing has released the facefit of a man who robbed a pizza delivery driver in Kambah last week (Thursday, February 16).
About 10:20pm, a pizza delivery driver attended an address in Karney Street, Kambah, to deliver an order. At the address, the delivery driver was approached from behind by a man and woman, who were both carrying weapons.
The man threatened the delivery driver with a baseball bat, demanding his money, pizzas and soft drink. The victim complied with the demands and handed the items to the offender.
The male offender is described as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in appearance and aged in his late twenties. He is approximately 183cm (6’) tall with brown eyes, bushy eyebrows, and a skinny build. He was wearing a black baseball cap, a white or grey hooded jumper with vertical stripes, black tracksuit pants and white skater shoes. He had a white bandana covering his face.
The female offender is described as Caucasian in appearance and aged in her late twenties. She is approximately 163cm (5’4”) tall with a stocky build. She has black hair that was tied back in a ponytail. She was wearing a navy blue hooded jumper, blue tracksuit pants and had a black bandana covering her face.
Anyone who saw people acting suspiciously in Karney Street, Kambah last week or may be able to assist with the investigation, is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
