Ghost Boy (pictured) is a singer-songwriter issuing “quiet sounds” from the nation’s capital – check out his Bandcamp page here. He will be haunting the stage at Sideway for the Crop Up Sessions tonight from 8 pm, playing with Slow Dial (who will be launching their latest single), Dalmacia and Space Party.
Metalcore band Ocean Sleeper will be in town on Friday night, playing at The Basement from 7 pm with Earth Caller and Visioner. Meanwhile over at sideway from 9 pm, Honey 2 Honey will be launching their EP from Chapter Music, playing with Waterfall Person and Shoeb Ahmad.
Famed WA hard rock band Karnivool will be playing at Kambri at ANU this Saturday from 8 pm. At Transit Bar at the same time, city heroes Glitoris will be making a reappearance, this time to launch their new single “Licks & Politics”, playing with Sydney band The Mis-Made (also launching a new single) and locals Plastic Plants.
