Tomane out for six weeks

The Roar have the extremely annoying news that the useless Wallaby regime has broken the Brumbies’ star winger Joe Tomane.

Tomane was rushed to hospital for scans during Thursday afternoon’s training session after hurting his left ankle at Ballymore.

The scans revealed he had suffered a syndesmosis injury and is expected to be sidelined for up to six weeks.

For those still interested in the miserable Wallabies an easy ten points to Wales is going to replace Tomane in the form of Cooper Vuna.

ARGH! I KNEW this would happen!!!

I HATE the ARU for this. They’re copying the NRL business model of jamming as many regular season games into a short period as they can. Then they’re breaking that up with POINTLESS test matches that nobody cares about on a Tuesday night in Newcastle!?

There are many reasons I hate NRL, but one of them is that regular season games don’t mean anything (you can lose as many as you win and still make the finals), and they have pointless irrelevant test matches throughout the season.

I detest the ARU for agreeing to this format. Stopping the S15 season for a month with 3 rounds to go? Embarrassingly Farcical.

I hope the Brumbies field the Royals 3rd grade women’s side next week for the match against Wales. What. Is. The. Point?!

I’m guessing that will mean Mogg will move onto the wing for the brumbies with Coleman to play fullback. Not sure I’m too happy with that.
