The Vikings thrashed the Ballymore Tornado’s this arvo at Manuka 53 to 8. Even though most of the game was played in the Vikings half every time they got hold of the ball it wasn’t long before they had scored and were trotting back to half way to receive another kick-off.

Heres some of the photos I took at the game (you’ll notice the difference in quality between mine and Kerces I’m sure)

Damn good work by the Vikings – pity I missed it!

I very pleasant afternoon – sun shinning, a fair crowd and some nice running rugby.

Can someone tell the fun police to let the kids run around behind the temporary stands in the middle of the ground? Damage the pitch? More than 30 boofheads with sprigs? I don’t think so.

They had nearly 3500 there, not bad I reckon….& after that performance, I’m sure there’ll be more at the next home game.

Looks like a real crowd puller!
