TV in window, dodgy flats in Civic.

By The Relapse King - 19 October 2007 7

Does anyone know what the go is with the lower level window level apartment in the dodgy flats in Civic that has a TV turned on and facing outwards in it?

I don’t think I saw it yesterday but it is usually there. It is right in front of the traffic lights as you come out of the underground carpark next to the skatepark.

What’s Your opinion?

lol nah thats at jakes house, he did it while he was drunk “so all the public servants could watch the news on their drive home” and hes one of those hillarious blokes who would do that kinda thing for a joke(it might not seem that funny but again hes just one of those guys where everything he does is funny, everyone knows at least one of those people)

Its there so the jumpers have something to watch on their journey to the concrete. Lets face it, upon entering that monstrosity suicide is a rather attractive option.

It’s probably for watching daytime TV on rest breaks during a busy day of breaking into cars on the rooftop carpark of Canberra Centre.

Its case of fear and loathing in Canberra. They are probably on a 4 day drug and alcohol bing and don’t actually realize the tv is facing the wrong way.

Second thought… maybe they are over insured for their contents.?

Its prolly somoene who just gets home at the time their show starts… so they leave their tv on to watch it as they drive up and wait at the lights
