Thunder Bus

Unearthed Review? I hardly know her!

Some days intros do not come easily.

Today my magic RNG gave me the number 1, so today we listen to Thunder Bus.

Here’s what they have to say about themselves:

We made a bus out of cardboard and we named it “Thunder Bus”

Here’s what I have to say about them:

They’re not very good. Never fear though, this is actually a good thing.

Recently I’ve noticed the following image of Dave Grohl’s latest ‘I know exactly how the music industry should work so listen to me’ rant appearing on Facebook quite a bit. You’ve probably seen it too.

Fair warning, Dave Grohl is a potty mouth:Music
Oh were you in Nirvana Dave Grohl? I had totally forgotten.

Or maybe you haven’t seen it. Maybe you have less people who like to post images with quotes written on them in your friendship group.

If that is true I would like to swap friends with you.

Firstly let’s just assume he is right and not a massive wanker for insisting that every musician has to get into the industry the ‘Dave Grohl way’, secondly let’s imagine that the dark music-less wasteland that Mr. Grohl is predicting is possible. Pretty scary stuff right? Well fear no more Dave Grohl and people who listen to Dave Grohl!

If the future of music is a bunch of kids getting together and making sucky music, I have found our saviors! Thunder Bus are here to sing, play, and suck right in Seal’s face!

Take that corporate music overlords, you can’t stop this Thunder Bus from sucking!

The future of music is saved, now let’s all wait around for them to turn into Nirvana, because Dave Grohl promised us they would.

Two stars.

Perhaps they need to change their name to Thunder Box.

That is quite a lot of suck, i’d hate to hear a one star review.
