Mayor Rattenbury is asking Chapman residents to express their views on upgrades to the local shopping centre:

“Following consultation, the Government will release a draft design of the Chapman Shops upgrades. It will address issues such as public safety and security, parking, street furniture, signage, stormwater, lighting, landscaping improvements and accessibility.

“We will display this draft design for public comment early next year.

“I welcome the feedback of local residents, or anyone who uses Chapman shops. People who cannot attend the session can contact Canberra Connect on 13 22 81 and speak to the project officer,” Mr Rattenbury said.

The drop in session is running on 24 November 10-12am at the shops.

Not too many people hang around Chapman shops at 12am.

IT appears that either Sith Lord Shane is eager to get hands-on experience of what happens “after hours”, or some of his underlings are trying to clock up some serious Flex-time.

You thought that one through…..Love hating and having a whinge so much that you fail to read whats right in front of you.

Imagine if we had to pay you flex to undo all quick assumptions
