The Economic Development Directorate has published a pdf of proposed works on Veterans Park in the heart of Civic.

Interesting to see that building marked as “future Stockland Development”.

I suspect they are waiting for the last few tenants leases to expire.

At one stage Stocklands were hoping to level that whole block (bordered by Northbourne, Cooyong, Mort and Bunda) and replace it with mixed residential, office and retail space. Not sure if that’s still the plan but they’ve evidently got something going on.

Looks ok.

The curve that is the left turn from Northbourne onto Bunda looks to have changed.

Are they referring to Stockland the company, or is this some kind of crazy property development jargon?
