ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a fire at a business premises in Gungahlin last night (Tuesday, July 3).
Around 7.55pm police were called to a fire at the Village Building Company site office on Horse Park Drive in Gungahlin. ACT Fire and Rescue were already in attendance.
AFP Forensic Services will attend the scene and conduct an examination. The extent and value of the damage to the building is yet to be determined.
A witness told police he saw a dark blue Holden Commodore VS utility without its headlights on, in the area around the time of the fire.
Police would urge the owner of the Holden utility or anyone else who may have witnessed any suspicious activity around the Village Building Company site on Horse Park Drive in Gungahlin last night, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
