Want to be a music reporter at Corinbank?

The Corinbank Festival is running from 27 February to 1 March and RiotACT intends to provide daily coverage of the excitement.

Which means we’re going to need another pair of hands.

So in exchange for that help over three days we can offer accredited media access, including camping, and equipment as needed. We can give training, provide transport, give credit, and give a reference for the work. But not to pay for your time/food/or booze.

So it would suit someone looking for experience and who really wants to be at the festival.

We’re looking to do reporting, photography, audio vox-popping, and video of opportunity.

If you’re interested mail me ( john@the-riotact.com ) or message me on facebook and we can talk about it. (I’ll need to hear from you by COB Wednesday if you want to be considered).

Cheers,

I don’t know if i’d be up for reporting, but is there a RiotACT group assembling at Corinbank at all?

I’d like to go, but no one I know is interested 🙁

Hi, You. While there might not be a dedicated RiotACT crowd out there, there will definitely be a large Canberra Musicians Club contingent which sort of intersects with and crosses over with RA.

I’ll be working around the CMC stage/concerts, so come up and make yourself known. I’m likely to be MC-ing.

I’d like to put in for the reporting thing, but what with volunteering and having to scoot out mid-Sunday for another gig down the coast, can’t commit.

I’m pretty sure you’ll be able to meet people as you go, especially joining in the activities.
