Just wanted to give people a heads up…Male knocking on doors saying his is from Energy Australia, told us that we were being overcharged on our account and if we just give them a copy of one of our latest bills they will ensure we get a refund.
1. Would never give him a copy of the bill, and
2. Not even an Energy Australia customer.
Has been reported to the police, tried to contact Energy Australia to let them know, but after an hour on hold gave up.
