Crowned at the Movember Gala Parté last night at King O’Malley’s Irish Pub (the home of Movember Canberra) the new mo-king “Ferret” (Ross Carter) will represent Canberra at the international Movember competition.

“Ferret” beat former-Movember champion Ryan Mongan, who this year came as Obelix, by a hair in the “Best Mo in Character” category.

He then went on to compete against Ultimate Mo winner, Simon Penny, for the title of Canberra’s Man of Movember.

Ryan Mongan, a much loved personality of Canberra Movember, will be back next year as an official judge.

I’ve had a close look at the winner’s pic. Is he an astro-physicist?

Maybe its just me, but shouldnt a competition that runs for the month of November, wait until the end of November before judging? Whats next, headline-of-the-year judgements being made in November, a month before the end of the year too?

Or did they just get drunk and forget what day it was?

The same as DEEWR having their christmas party in November I spose.

The winner is one of poorest Mo’s, in my opinion. Mexican mo and some of the ultimate mo entries look much more impressive.

So much hotness
