What's happening with Wilsons Organics?

I have been driving past once a week in the hopes that the doors will be open once again for trade but so far, no luck.

They have been closed for renovations for over a year now, does anybody know whats going on and when this great little organic grocer will be open again?

I pay more for certified organic.

I don’t care if the farmer wore overalls, but I do like my vegies without the added flyspray.

and I like my fruit ripened naturally, and not injected with stuff to make it artificially ripe-looking, but still taste underripe.

Maybe it’s a sign that people have finally woken up and realised that “organic” food isn’t actually grown by farmers wearing overalls, but by major agribusiness who use the label angle to jack up prices.

If they’ve been closed for a year, I think its a fairly safe bet they’re not reopening. At least not where they were.

I’ve also been wondering. There’s been a listing on All Homes commercial for Farrer shops for over 4 years.
