Try ANU coop food shop, they might be able to order it for you.

Chestnuts + coffee grinder?

I would try the nut shop at Fyshwick markets as they have a huge range of flours, or Mountain Creek Wholefoods in Griffith.

Try ‘As Nature Intended’ (ph: 6253 0444) at the Belconnen Markets. I can’t recall whether they have chestnut flour, but they do have a lot of unusual flours.

I just really like the taste of it, and would want to use it for baking and so on.

I suspect you would have to order online. What do you use chestnut flour for, and how much do you need?
