Who is the Canberran agent for iRobot? (Roomba)

I need some bits to spruce up my humble house cleaning friend, the battery is getting weak and there are a few upgrade kits you can throw at the old ones to make them better.

In 2012, iRobot moved to a model much like Thermomix where you can only get parts for Roombas through your local “agent” – This “agent” I haven’t been able to track down.

eBay parts listed as genuine have all been very much non-genuine, so i’m happy to pay more considering it’ll mean I only have to pay once (more…).

Google doesn’t help – Anyone know?

I purchased my Roomba 880 around 2 years ago and it has been brilliant. I think it was purchased from http://www.ozrobots.com.au. Maybe give them a go.

Have you tried asking at some of the retailers that sell the Roomba such as Myer or Harvey Norman?

Are you sure you want a supercharged robot vacuum machine in your house?

The rise of the machines is just around the corner.

I don’t think there was ever a Canberra based agent for the iRobot company. (Which from memory changed hands because their website died and support disappeared for a time).

Try these people I guess: http://auto-robot.com.au

I’ve used eBay before and got good mileage out of the parts. But my 577 is so old, the motor is worn out and can’t cope with carpet anymore!
