Colourful Canberra identity Maurizio Rao has recently been acquitted of cocaine trafficking charges in Sydney, and has in the past successfully defended murder charges.
But the Canberra Times reports that two of his 18 year old patrons at the Cube nightclub were not so impressed by his smooth pickup technique according to what the court has heard.
Police allege they approached the bar and asked about the price of a vodka and pineapple drink.
Rao allegedly told them it was $10 but added, ”Give me a blow job instead of paying.”
It is alleged he then grabbed one of the two on the breast and kissed her on the left cheek.
The young woman felt uncomfortable but shrugged off the incident and went to dance, according to the document.
Shortly afterwards Rao was speaking to one of the pair near the bar area when he allegedly placed his hand down the other’s top, squeezed her breast and made a lewd comment.
Police say the pair went to leave but before they could the defendant placed his hand between one woman’s legs.
The case resumes in February.
