ACT Policing is calling for witnesses to a robbery at Glebe Park on Saturday evening (11 August).
Between 10.30pm and 11pm, a woman was walking along Akuna Street, past Glebe Park towards Bunda Street, when she was approached from behind by a man with a dark complexion.

After asking if the woman had any money, the man grabbed her bag, pulling it from her shoulder and snapping the strap. He then ran into Glebe Park where he discarded her bag and stole her wallet.
The man was not carrying any weapons. No threats were made or injuries sustained during the robbery.
Anyone who may have witnessed the robbery is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
