The Central Western Daily is talking up Orange’s Ginny Connors and her coming Australian championship cage fighting bout against Canberra’s Belinda Sedgwick.

The Storm MMA webpage has some suitably garish posters.

I for one am appalled at this! How could they do this in what is apparently an enlightened age??

I see no mention whatsoever about Jelly, Oil or Foxxy boxing anywhere on this flyer.

Just Women pounding other Women.

Surrounded by leering and jeering men.

I can see a difficult, confusing wank ahead.

I guess we’ll just have to sit down somewhere quiet and have a good, long, hard think about this.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
my mrs has a mean streak, she’d give them a challenge.

What fighting name would she use? Angry Beaver?

Or Buster Hymen!

How about Pussy Galore? Wait on, the Bond movies have already used that one…

A poor cg imitation of classic storm!

This is the real shiz: http://www.comicvine.com/articles/off-my-mind-does-being-in-the-x-men-make-women-go-/1100-143132/

If there was a virtual MMA fighting championship for keyboard warriors no doubt members of this site would dominate all weight divisions.

There’s also a f*ckload of men fighting on the same card, but that doesn’t make for faux PC hanky waving now, does it?

? at the end of previous comment.

Just women performing tightly-choreographed dance moves intended to make it look, to some people, as if they’re fighting.

No different to ballet, really.

Welcome to my world…

“We’re bringing sexy back”?! It’s a shame legitimate (RDL need not apply) women’s sport so often has to be pathetically marketed like this. MMA practitioners are amongst the toughest, fittest and most skilled athletes you’d ever hope to see. This sort of garbage promotion undermines and insults not only the participants but the sport as a whole. Boo!

The poster is interesting as it looks like a gamer’s image of a woman fighter. Other MMA ones I have seen have the actual fighters on them.

Should be fun for those who like that sort of thing. I’m too much of a wimp to watch.
