Ignoring the lack of apostrophes, it’s an interesting use of the word, “specialising”.

I would have thought that you can specialise in haircuts for men; or specialise in haircuts for women (sorry, “ladies”); or specialise in haircuts for children. If you do all three, then you’re a generalist, not a specialist.
