Did anyone see that balloon/UFO over Deakin around 12:45 today? Any idea what it was?

It was rising swamp gas reflectingthe sun.
Nothing to see here. Move along people.

It’s a Russian spy ring checking out the Deakin telephone exchange.

I can confirm that it was a UFO.

This particular UFO is known to access unsuspecting victim’s bank accounts and remove large sums of money to pay land tax/rates to ACT Revenue, without the account holder’s approval. It has also been known to cause historic bridges to be condemned and replaced by box culverts, cause peanut allergies in small children, and cause politicians to cave in to the demands of mining companies.

If it was the same one as playing in Belconnen on the weekend, then its a mini-blimp used for aerial photography

I saw the thing twice in Qbn one Saturday two weeks ago. I did some googling and found that there are helium filled blimps available which are about 13 feet long. These can be tethered or remote controlled.
One possibility.

pics? *puts on aluminium foil hat*

I’m not sure but I think it was a baloon or a UFO.

People who spend their days in Deakin are not in the habit of looking up.
