Andrew Barr has announced another glossy website to be poorly updated:
Today I launched a new website www.capitalregionliving.com.au dedicated to collectively promoting the benefits of living, working and establishing businesses in the south-east region of NSW.
Created by the South East Regional Organisation of Councils (SEROC), and themed ‘Capital Region Living’, the website promotes the region’s attributes and highlights the ACT’s role as its hub.
Canberra as the nation’s capital is a key component of the South East Region of NSW. By working with SEROC though we are able to strengthen our links with surrounding communities and provide a coordinated platform to present information to a diverse mix of stakeholders and encourage investment in our region as a whole.
Building up our region by supporting planned services and infrastructure and working together to promote the attributes of our region, regardless of what part of the south-east we live in, will benefit all of us in the long un.
And through SEROC, the ‘Capital Region Living’ website provides all members with the opportunity to present their community, within a region that’s greater than the sum of its parts.
