Suspicious Activity last night in Theodore

Last night, i was dropping a friend home after Origin at about midnight.

We were sitting in my car outside her house chatting, when 3 cars, 2 sedans and a 4wd toyota black 4 door ute with silver roll cage were creeping around the streets.

The ute would sit on the main street while the smaller cars would drive up and down the loop streets with torches.

This was dodgy to start with, but when they got closer to us, U noticed that they all had their number plates covered.

We called the police and we saw a few guys jump outta one of the cars and run towards a house, I turned on my engine and lights which spooked them and they ran back to teh car, and sped off.

So i followed them, and eventually the black utes ‘piece of material’ covering its number plate fell off, they all split up and we followed the ute to get the number plate, which luckily we did.

Just a warning to keep your eyes peeled for suspicious activity in south tuggeranong, mainly lawrence wackett cres and scantlebury cres.

3 cop cars got there soon after and they went for a cruise to see what they could find, no idea what the outcome was.

I just thought i would alert people to look out for suspicious things late at night… we just thought it was idiots driving around until we actually saw their number plates and torches.

Anyway, hopefully we got to them before they got anything!
