On behalf of Free Rain Theatre Company, I would love to hear from anyone who has a working vintage bicycle which we could be used in the upcoming production of Wicked. It would be required from 6 October to 28 October.
We are after a bike that has a simple frame, no handle bar brakes (ie foot brake only), and no gears. Something 19C would be amazing but anything earlier than 1950 would probably be fine. A (small) penny farthing bicycle would be ideal but it’s not essential. It will be ridden briefly each show so must be in OK working order.
I’m hoping someone who picked up an item from the closure of the bicycle museum may read this and be able to help us out.
