The court heard the 34 new charges related to the same complainant over incidents alleged to have occurred over five days in early June.

Police had found the complainant naked and screaming, running up Fairweather Circuit, Lyneham, on 10 June.

She alleged she had been confined in a home against her will for a number of days.

Mr Fulivai was arrested shortly after.
