Memory Walk & Jog is excited to return to the nation’s capital on Sunday 28 February where we’ll be walking, jogging and running the foreshore of Lake Burley Griffin for people living with dementia.

Whether you are an exercise enthusiast or a couch connoisseur we have a distance for you! Choose to walk, run or jog our 2km, 5km or 10km course. You can register as an individual or a group. Get active your way and help us beat dementia to the finish line!

COVID-19 has brought a unique set of challenges and changes to our community and lives and now more than ever people living with dementia need our support.

Cost: Adults $39, Seniors and children $29, kids under 5 free. Tickets online
