The Liberal Member for Belconnen, Nicholls and Hall

The Chinese NTD Television has a very peculiar interview with the Liberals’ Alistair Coe.

I’d always thought Alistair was one of five members representing the electorate of Ginninderra. But it turns out he is the “Liberal Member for Belconnen, Nicholls and Hall”.

Alistair also, in some ways resembling a sock puppet, is very very keen on the Shen Yun performance.

I’d like him to actually do something in life before he starts telling us all how he’d do it. As in, get some serious life experience.

I depsair for a decent opposition ever happening again in the ACT. The only thing that will bring Stanhope down is his own party.

I’d vote for an inanimate carbon rod over Stanhopeless.

And yet this hardline labor town will probably reelect a labor government (even if they do need help from the pander-to-minorities-on-bullcrap-issues party, aka greens).

If only an inanimate carbon rod would run for the Liberal party 😉

I was under the impression that particular role was being filled by the incomparable Mr. Coe.

I met him at a party once. I think I asked, “errr, so who are you?”, wondering why some mid-twenties Mormon was hanging with University students for a very heavy bout of drinking. He claimed to be an MLA, and I was skeptical, but I banked his name and looked it up sometime the next afternoon, to find that yes, this dunce actually represented people in Canberra’s version of a local council.

He’s a shallow facade whose not worked a real job for any meaningful length of time. If you check his website, it literally says nothing of substance. Just a few fun facts about his electorate and links to Hansard. No policy, no position on issues and no plans.

Intriguingly Gary Humphries has also popped up in the Epoch Times talking about how impressed he was.

It’s how he identifies himself on the banner of his website.
