Leonie Kolmar has been promoted to Assistant Secretary of Communications in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
Julia Hendrikson is the new chief operating officer of the Australian Office of Financial Management.
Susan Pietrukowski is the new Assistant Secretary for Employment Services at the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
Bryce McNicol has been promoted to Assistant Secretary in the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
Sue Whittaker is the new national manager, official receiver at the Australian Financial Security Authority.

Alexandra Oliver is the new deputy chief executive officer of the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre.

Other federal appointments
Comcare chief executive officer Greg Vines has resigned from the job just 22 months into the role to take up a new post advising the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on labour management.
Lydia Santoso has been appointed as the new chair of the Australia-Indonesia Institute, an organisation tasked with strengthening personal, institutional and cultural ties between Australia and Indonesia.
A board member since 2015, she is also chair of the Australia Indonesia Business Council (NSW) and serves on the board of the Australian Consortium for ‘’In-Country’’ Indonesian Studies.
Dr Jemma Purdey has been appointed to the board of the Australia-Indonesia Institute. She is currently adjunct fellow at the Australia Indonesia Centre, Monash University, the editor of Inside Indonesia magazine and a founding director of the ReelOzInd! Australia Indonesia Short Film Festival.
Robert Law has also been appointed to the board of the Australia-Indonesia Institute. He is a director at Asialink Business, advising firms on engagement with Asia.
Robbie Gaspar has also been appointed to the board of the Australia-Indonesia Institute. He has played professional soccer in Indonesia, and is president of the Indonesia Institute.
Amanda Hodge and Armina Rosenberg have also been reappointed to the board of the Australia-Indonesia Institute for second three-year terms.
Caroline Edwards has been appointed as deputy chair, and Malcolm Crompton and Scott Winch as members, of the Independent Advisory Board to offer additional guidance to the Minister for Government Services on ways to deliver citizen-centred government services.
Marina Go has been appointed as the next chair of the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations from June.
Wendy Huang has been appointed as a member of the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations Advisory Board. She is the publisher and managing director of 1688/Chinese Herald Australia.
Rowan Callick, Yin Cao, Wesa Chau, Courtney Fung, Douglas Gautier, Marina Go, Dr Jade Little, Professor Sharon Lewin, Richard McGregor and Professor Rory Medcalf have all been reappointed to the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations Advisory Board.

Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus has announced eight new general members of the Administrative Review Tribunal, effective 17 March.
They are Holly Casey, Brendan Fox, Timothy Griffin, Professor Susan Harris Rimmer, Len Jaffit, Sandra Koller, Aneita McGregor and Anne Trengove.
Simon Grant has been appointed as a full-time member of the National Native Title Tribunal, effective 17 March.
Professor Kerri-Lee Krause has been appointed as Chief Commissioner and Emeritus Professor Elizabeth More has been appointed Commissioner of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).
James Cain has been appointed as the new chair and non-executive director of the Snowy Hydro Board, effective 1 March, to replace David Knox.
Mr Cain has 30 years of experience in property, infrastructure, and major capital works in the public and private sectors. He is a director of Inland Rail and non-executive director at Mirvac.
Janet Torney has been announced as the new chair of the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) board for three years, succeeding Garry Hounsell.
Joan Fitzpatrick has been appointed as the new chair of Australia’s National Research Organisation for Women’s Safety (ANROWS) to replace interim chair Barry Sandison and former chair Samantha Mostyn, who is now Governor-General.
Ms Fitzpatrick has more than 25 years of board experience across multiple sectors, including serving as CEO and director of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), and a director of the Create Foundation.

Suzanne Mackenzie has been appointed to the South Australian District Court, filling the vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Paul Slattery.
