ABC Online is reporting that three people in Canberra have been charged with “stealing” a 15 year old girl from North Queensland.
Last time I spoke to one, a 15 yr old was pretty much a fully functional person (albeit frequently with poor taste in music). So not the sort of item you just pick up and carry off without endless complications.
