WorkSafe ACT concerns include blocked exits and a lack of firefighting equipment.
WorkSafe ACT are currently on the site of a business in Hume where a large mobile crane tipped onto its side during routine maintenance.
No one was injured in the incident which occurred around 1:15 pm.
WorkSafe ACT inspectors with the assistance of ACT Fire & Rescue are on-site ensuring the immediate area around the crane is safe.
WorkSafe ACT has issued a non-disturbance notice on the immediate area and are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
