A "bright" object in Pearce...

…from a not so bright author.

Ok so I’m a sceptic. A Pearce resident submited this report to HBCC, a “UFO Research” site.

So did anyone else see this “extremely bright star”… that …“seemed to switch on an off/dim a number of times and it only moved very slowly to one side” between 8:00-8:15 pm Saturday the 7th of July 2007?

I believe the aliens can be recognised by their distinctive “Belco” tattoos, although they appear to have attempted to disguise themselves as bogan dickheads.

On second thoughts…I saw this bright object again last night.
While driving down the tree-lined Phillip Avenue the bright light was clearly disappearing and reappearing. It even seemed to dim and flicker a bit.
I think *they* are just putting this whole Venus story around to conceal the obvious fact that *they* are meeting alien representatives here in Canberra – probably in that secret installation under the paddock in Belconnen.
And Thumper fell for it. So naive…

Also, Jupiter is very bright at the moment. It’s hanging around near Scorpio at the moment.

I was wondering what the hell it was….Cheers Thumper

Yeah, I saw it too. I actually stopped and watched for a couple of minutes, out of curiosity, trying to figure out if it was a plane or planet. It was rock solid in position, no dimming or moving side to side. It was Venus. ’nuff said.

That planet was indeed the brightest I’ve ever seen it – it was amazing.
But it wasn’t moving about or switching on and off or dimming…more apt description of the observer perhaps?

Snowy Hydro Southcare Chopper?

Bahahahaha… that is pure gold – venus is responsible for a fair chunk of the thousands of yearly UFO sitings.

It was a footy covered in aluminium foil, being tracked with a dolphin torch.

No, There was no object there – Move on.

And yes Thumper this one was for you 😉
