The next Belconnen Community Council Public Meeting will be held at 7.30pm, Tuesday 16 August 2011, Upstairs Belconnen Library, Chandler Street, Belconnen.
All members of the public are welcome to attend and ask questions of our guests.
At this months meeting there are three presentations:
Shannon Savage (AECOM) on the proposed Belconnen to Civic bus transit way (Belconnen Alignment Study) on behalf of the ACT Government.
Wen Jia (ACT Government) will undate us on the progession towards a ban on Plastic Bags in the ACT.
David Maxwell (developer) will answer your queries regarding the impact of the any future residential development in West Belconnen as it impacts on cross-border issues and the proposed Ginninderra Gorge National Park.
