Canberra Grammar's Snow Centre wins Project of the Year at Master Builders Awards

2015 MBA Project of the Year

Canberra construction company Construction Control has won Project of the Year at the 25th Master Builders and Cbus Excellence in Building Awards, held in Canberra on Friday evening.

Construction Control is the company behind the $8 million Snow Centre for Education in the Asian Century at Canberra Grammar School.

The Snow Centre, which was funded by Canberra Airport owner Terry Snow, builds on Canberra Grammar’s outstanding record of strength in Chinese and its history of excellence in Asian Studies. The flagship centre is a bold expression of the school’s strategic intent to educate students who are intelligent, innovative and internationally-minded.

25 awards were given to companies who excelled in civil construction, commercial construction and landscaping. There was also awards presented for Supplier of the year, Professional of the year, Subcontractor of the year and six Judge’s Commendations.
