Brick, wooden floors, open floorplans and surprising spaciousness, Republic on the shores of Lake Ginninderra has much to offer apartment buyers, including a vast array of sporting options right at your doorstep, including cycling, boating and swimming.

The interiors of the apartments are cosy yet spacious and have appealing colours to choose from. The homes are individually heated and cooled by split system air conditioning by Daikin, and those lucky enough to live in Republic will have access to a function room which overlooks Black Mountain and a private dining room which can be booked through the body corporate.

There is also a rooftop barbeque, which will have spectacular views across Lake Ginninderra, and common areas for social gatherings which provide a lounge space with brick feature walls (see gallery below).

Internally the apartments are fitted with SMEG appliances, stone benchtops and have ample storage space. The open plan design of the apartments gives a nice flow from the kitchen to dining to living areas. There are large format tiles on the kitchen floors and sumptuous carpet in the dining and living areas.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes with SMEG appliances.

Timber features give a warm feel to the kitchen areas, and natural tones such as the stone benchtop and cabinetry connect the apartment to the exterior views, through floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows. The views are stunning, with vistas of the cityscape and over Lake Ginninderra. All apartments are furnished with blinds for privacy when needed.

Views

The views are spectacular and the home has built-in speakers.

The bedrooms in the apartments are a sanctuary from the city, with lush carpet and ensuites with floor-to-ceiling tiles, built-in robes and Daikin reverse-cycle air conditioning. Every apartment has built-in speakers with a Sonos amplifier, a nice touch for the musically minded.

Bedroom

The bedrooms are a cosy retreat from city life.

Bathrooms in the apartments have floor-to-ceiling tiles, and depending on the chosen finish will have either black or chrome tapware. Each room has built-in robes, and the rooms are spacious, with balconies to let fresh air wash over you as you sleep.

Sales agent Matt Nicholls said the apartments are uniquely positioned to enjoy multiple lifestyle choices.

“If you’re into fitness, you have the entire Lake Ginninderra area to exercise, whether you walk, cycle, run or swim,” he said.

In terms of value for money, buying at Republic is a great idea for investors and first-home buyers, Mr Nicholls said, and the development is proving popular due to its location near Belconnen offices and the shopping precinct.

“We have a lot of people who are absolutely thrilled to be so close to both a shopping precinct and a lake. You really can’t beat the location,” said Mr Nicholls.

You can view the Republic apartments at Belconnen online, and see all the other hot property listings on Zango. If you would like to book an inspection, call Sales Agent Matt Nicholls on 0407 328 269, or email him.
