About 8:15 pm on Thursday 21 April 2011 a fight broke out in the beer garden of the Dickson Tradies in Dickson.
Information from witnesses suggests that Dean HALL attempted to intervene in the fight which resulted in him being assaulted. Independent witnesses stated that Mr HALL was kicked a number of times while on the ground before security guards intervened. All parties were then escorted to the front entrance of the location where Mr Hall was again assaulted by an unknown male.
All parties involved in the disturbance had left the location prior to police arrival.
Police have not received a complaint of assault in relation to this matter and no one has been arrested or charged over the incident.
