I think the Canberra Times is reporting here of serious shortages in the ACT Director of Public Prosecutions.
Word on the street is that they are seriously short of competant staff at all levels. The Big kahuna of DPP Mr Richard Refshauge stated that there are serious short comings in his offices capacity to work due to lack of funding.
I fear that there will be more to follow on this…
Now, seeing that I have set a personal record for not being time since I was last arrested, is there any dear reader who can testify to the problems that the DPP is facing from a first hand experience?
